RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return (any/all) products you have purchased directly from Lithe within 
7 days of receiving the item due to a manufacturer or store defect.

Product exchange/return conditions:

• The product is completely unused and has proof of being purchased at Lithe, and has a video to confirm the damaged product from the time of opening

• ​The product is delivered in the wrong model due to Lithe's mistake, or the product is not intact (missing, dented, broken, wet,...), from the manufacturer or the store's fault.

Product return/exchange fees are solely responsible for Lithe.

*When you receive the goods, please RECORD a VIDEO so that if the product has a problem from the manufacturer / store, if there is no opening video, sorry Lithe will not be able to solve it. resolve if problems arise. Thank you very much!
